Anil has helped us fix a few things that we wanted a bit more bespoke and has been wonderful and quick. Good communication with author.
I would like to mention here that the theme is beautiful but please please no one buy this theme because the Author service is the worst i have ever seen and dealt with in my entire life. I have been waiting for an answer for over one week keep messaging but no answer at all. I have spending days and days with my team to get the theme ready for my website now the menu button not working and no one here to support. 请不要买这个东西
Great looking template but a number of Shopify Apps we installed don't work with it. When you revert to a FREE Shopify theme such as DAWN the Apps work fine.
We sent 2 messages to the author for support and no acknowledgement or a response yet, 4 days later...还在等待.
I'm now concerned if this is the level of support to be expected (6 months support included in template purchase)
No point offering support if you are going to take days getting back to customers.

Bought 2 different themes over $400 just crap! Author updated so went to download, Now it's to many MB to upload on Shopify. 节省你的钱

Very poor code base, absolutely filled with bugs. Support is receptive enough and tries to fix things, but it's like trying to fix a sinking ship by plugging the holes with your fingers, 这还不够. I launched my site on this theme and honestly probably lost more in revenue than I spent on the theme itself. Do yourself a favor and find a different theme to build your website or business off of.
As another user mentioned, the theme is pretty broken. If the wrong image sizes are added, it gets messed up. If you size the screen down wrong, it gets messed up. And that's honestly just the beginning.
Save yourself the headache, look for a theme with more ratings.
Very poor Author support who instead of trying to help customer to rectify his bugs couldn't be bothered and suggested to use images of size 770*815 pixels as theme doesn't support any other size. If other size image is added to the products it messes up page layout. Documentation doesn't state clearly how to install theme and its elements, instead it leaves to customer to figure out himself.
